what a week...

this week, i have been really bz...haiz...sun, i had a 38 degree fever and a throbbing headache coz i think i ate LJS last fri and Han's grilled fish last sat.....so plus them together....and the terrible weather, u will be SICK...then mon, came the cough....i started self-medication- watermelon floss with pearl powder, fruit and vegetable juices (starfruit, lotus soup, honey, almond etc)....man....tues, and wed, it got worse with phlegm but i continued self-medication....by thurs it was oni a bit better....i started to get worried coz i need my voice badly...so on fri morning, instead of going to sch, i went to the polyclinic....man, it was crowded.....there was 200 ppl in front of me when i looked at the number board....i waited 1hr juz to be registered....and about 45 mins to see the doc....i told the doc i got phelgm but she told me it was a dry cough....so she gave me a dry cough medicine....the pharmacy took bout 30 mins....and i immediately ate my cough syrup....by fri nite, the cough like still the same, so i tried my own self med again, this time gargling with warm salt water and drinking honey b4 going to sleep....

when i woke up this morning, still got phlegm and a bit stuffy nose, so i went ahead with gargling salt water again and spat out quite a fair bit of phlegm....i felt my throat was a bit better and went ahead with my plans....man, i was so nervous during the 'event' and i made some mistakes....some ppl got in immediately and i was 1 one of the many who didn't and i have to wait for next week for notification. Until now, i can't believe i took part in it....haha....but i want the experience....so yea...after the whole thing, i realised somehow tt i dun want to get in afterall, for it was quite nerve wrecking.....maybe i m not an attention-seeker afterall......haha.....let me juz go back into my little shell.....but maybe getting in can boost my confidence anyway....haha...i will see how it goes....

then i met zhen at borders, after that we went cineleisure to eat subway....it was not too bad (thx, zhen)....i like the ingredients but the portion was kinda big and the bread crumps made the meal rather messy....the bread was also cripsy but a bit hard...and the choc chip cookie made my cough worse....we went to taka, wisma and shaw after tt coz we looking for the reebok shorts which we like but didn't find it anywhr at all.....and zhen's formal shirt......in the end, she made up her mind and bought the one which she first saw a few weeks ago with her cousin (but didn't buy then due to the pretty steep cost and she was still considering)....it costs her about $50 i think....

as i m typing this, i still have the tickling cough and a bit of phlegm....i can breathe a bit better now....had dinner at home juz now during which i kept coughing due to the tickling sensation felt....it was so pathetic....haiz....hopefully i will get well soon.....i can't wait for my orchard mile next week....hehe.... o yea...and next week is the last week of sch b4 the 2 weeks break...o..and yesterday we bought 5 new lectures notes...sheesh......cost me $20.....and they are quite a pile and wordy man......we will be starting new modules next week......more critical care.....so many things to learn man.....i wonder how m i going to cope during exams...help.....

tomoro, i got church and piano.....first time piano on sun.....my teacher lor, after op last 2 weds ago, rest one week so insist that this week no matter wat still muz have lesson if not her schedule will be very tight......man.......her house so far......sheesh......i prefer going piano on a sch day.....so the distance wun be so far as it is on the way......haiz.....

today is oso my mum's bd....wanted to go eat japanese food de.....but my sis working...so we postpone it till next week which is on my sis's bd......haha......i can't wait too....i love jap fod!!!!
