2day, my poly class had a picnic at ECP. It was raining heavily in the morning but I still went to sch coz my friends and I decided to do our projects b4 going to the picnic. We did our projects while waiting for calls to confirm whether the picnic was still on or not. It was quite messy. There were suggestions to cancel it or put it later. But it was already quite late for picnic. It was supposed to be at 3. And we still had to prepare the food. My grp was supposed to bring hotdog and fishballs. We finished our 2/3 of our projects. At last, at 1+, we received news tt the picnic was still on. We immed went to Sheng Siong (Hougang) to buy the food. It was said that the food there's quite cheap. After we bought, we went out. There was this lady selling otah there. 4 for $1. We were about to walk away when my friend ask us whether we want to buy or not. We all agreed coz we couldn't resist the strong aroma and the smoke. Haha. We bought 4 each. After that we went to Eliz's house to cook. We boiled them instead of frying coz it was much easier like tt. We left immed for ECP after cooking. We took bus 55. We arrived there at 4.15 pm. We wanted for everybody to arrive. And at 4.30, we chose a spot. It was not wet.....surprisingly. We ate many kinds of food (mee goreng, hot dog, fishball, chicken bread, soft drinks, jelly, fruits, tidbits, nuggets etc.), played frisbee & uno and chatted among ourselves. Overall, it was a success even though it was late and only bout 15/25 ppl turned up. I reached home at 10.
